Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist ~"~7' <br />RE: Mountain Region Corporation, Orchard Mesa Aggr., File No. M-95-005 <br />Please be advised that on February 6, 1995, Mountain Region Corporation, whose <br />address and telephone number are 117 29 3/4 Rd., Grand Junction, CO 81503; <br />(303> 242-5461, filed an application to conduct surface mining and <br />reclamation, at or near Section 5, Township 25, Range lE, Ute Prime Meridian, <br />in Mesa County. The application decision is scheduled for May 8, 1995. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Mesa County Clerk & <br />Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, <br />Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (203 days <br />of the date of the newspaper public notice to be considered in the application <br />review process by the Division.
