Toward this end, v.~e heve included a summary <br />of pertinent information including: <br />1. General Populoticn and Historical Background of the Colorado <br />and Pikes Peak Region. <br />2, Amore detailed History of the Fountain area and Growth Projection <br />for the City of Fountain, <br />3. Physical Characteristics of THE FOUNTAIN COLONY and surround- <br />ing area (including Drainage, Climate, Precipitation, etc.) <br />4. Information relating to existing or availability of Public Utilities. <br />• 5. Development Concepts directly relating to Objectives and Principles <br />applied to the development of THE FOUNTAIN COLONY. <br />6.
