<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on July 14, 1981, op the .
<br />application of R. D, VonEngeln, General Parter of Fountain Colony
<br />Investment Co „ Terry Harris, and Broderick i Cibbona, Inc., for, ,

<br />change of zoning of the pcoperty hereinafter described from Aa
<br />to I-3.
<br />WHEREAS, no objection was made to such change and the Citp
<br />council feels that such change is appropriate under the Ordinance.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
