Lung <br />Dwismn Director <br />The Division completed [he required technical review of the adequacy concerns for the Tellier Gravel Pit 112c <br />application. The Division now believes that Johnson Excavation, Inc. has complied with [he minimum <br />requirements of the Construction Materials Act and Regulations. The Division is prepared to recommend <br />approval of the application to the Mined Land Reclamation Board a[ the December 16-17, 1998 Board <br />meeting. <br />Enclosed is the Division's rationale for recommendation for approval over objections. APre-hearing <br />conference is scheduled for December I, 1998 in Steamboat Springs, Colorado at the Routt County <br />Courthouse Commissioners Hearing Room at 9:00 a.m. However, if the objectors withdraw their objections in <br />writing, the conference will be cancelled. <br />If the objections are not withdrawn (in writing), the item will be presented to the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board at [he December 16- I7, 1998 meeting. The Pre-heazing Conference Officer will present a draft hearing <br />order to the Board.
