Box 426
Norwood, CO 81423
Re: File No.: M-89-030, Zadra Pit, Incomplete Application
Dear Mr. Horner:
Upon reJiewing your application for a Mining & Reclamation Permit, received
t-larch 13, 1989, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated
regulations.
The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be
considered complete (Rule 1.1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined
!and Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978):
1. Ac reaae. Item =4 on the Application Form requires the operator to
specify the Permitted Acreage; this is necessary even if no
Application Fee is required. Also, to qualify for a 110(2) permit,
the Permitted Acreage must be less han ten acres. In some
instances, the application says "not more than ten acres" and, if
the proportionate sizes of areas on Exhibit are even close to
scale, it appears that the total area may actually exceed 10
acres. Please indicate the total acreage which will be included
under this permit.
2. Signature. At least one copy of the .Application Form must bear an
oriainai signature and date. The forms you submitted were not
executed.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Since~re~jl~y,
~//~-' ~
/""
Plichael J.
