.f <br />Company through its products, payroll and good intent; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colorado Springs recognizes <br />that the intent on the part of Castle Concrete Company is to be good neighbors; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colorado Springs strives by <br />its actions to maintain and enhance the attractiveness of Colorado Springs in <br />that its citizens, residential, commercial and industrial, enjoy the economic <br />benefits of quality environs; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colorado Springs is actively <br />involved in promoting the wellbeing of all of the citizens; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colorado Springs wishes to <br />express its appreciation to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for its effort <br />and interest in the welfare of this community, exemplified by its coming to <br />Colorado Springs to hold a public meeting on this matter on December 21, 1977 <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the opportunity to assure the reblending of the visual effects <br />of Castle's past operations and receive the benefits of the continued source of <br />construction materials are available under State Law; provided Castle volun- <br />tarily agrees to include its previously mined lands. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLORADO SPRINGS THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLORADO <br />-~- 12/14/77 <br />
