Mining was terminated in 1992 and the mined area <br />has been returned to contours required by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology and the <br />area has been revegatated. We have recently accepted assignment of the reference permit. <br />We hereby request termination ofthe permit. 'T'here is very little probability of <br />uncontrolled discharge. Drainage from disturbed areas is passed through a sediment pond prior to <br />discharge, and the disturbed areas have been revegatated. <br />Thank you for your attention.
