' The Buena Vista pit is planned as a source of sand and
' gravel for a portable ready mix concrete plant installed
at the site and as a source of granular materials for general
' fill and construction.
' The quarrying operation will be performed with a front-
end-loader, loading directly into trucks for haulage to the
' point of use. The quarrying operation will start along the
southeast side of the pit nearest the previously existing
~ , access road and will proceed in a westerly direction to the
extent of the pit boundary.
