Long <br />Re: Mining Permit Application for Proposed Buena Vista <br />Quarry Near Buena Vista, Chaffee County, Colorado. <br />Job No. 18905 <br />Dear Mr. Long: <br />As per our agreement, we have completed this document <br />which you requested we supply to assist you in your appli- <br />cation to the State of Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board for an Open Mining and Reclamation Permit. <br />Professional judgements are presented in these exhibits. <br />They are based partly on evaluation of limited technical <br />information gathered, partly on our understandings of the <br />characteristics of the quarry being planned, and partly on <br />our general experience and expected site conditions in the <br />area. The quarry size depicted in the application reflects <br />our understanding of your planned operation.
