All review and comment periods initiate from <br />this date. <br />The applicant proposes to conduct a surface mining operation of at or near <br />Section 14, Township 33N, Range IOW, New Mexico Prime Meridian. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the La Plata <br />County Courthouse, 1060 E Second Avenue, Durango, Colorado.
