First quarter 2005 inspections were performed on February 7, 2005. The entire site was <br />covered with 18 inches of snow. Check Dam #17 and Check Dam #19 have fabric showing in <br />spillway; however, all structures were functioning as designed. <br />Although the function of the check dams has been considered adequate, numerous check <br />dams require minor maintenance to restore the structures original design. The minor repairs are <br />noted below. These repairs will be made in the 2005 season, along with any other repairs identified <br />during 2005 site inspections.
