iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
999
CERTIFICATION
on January 12, 1993 I reviewed the as-built survey of the 001 Truck
Loop Sedimentation Pond (formerly known as 006 Tipple Pond "A") to
determine its compliance with CMLRD Rule 4.05.6(3)(d) requiring
that this pond be fitted with two separate spillways separated by
an elevation difference of at least one foot.
I am a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado
and am experienced in the design and supervision of earthen
construction. I have reviewed the certified survey of this
structure performed by Peter Epp (Colorado P.L.S. No. 14815) on
December 22, 1992. I have also reviewed the previous as-built
certifications by Jerry E. Snider (Colorado P.E. No. 17570) dated
April 14, 1986 and myself dated February 6, 1991. In addition to
the above, I have discussed the modification made in 1992 with
Juan. P. Garcia who supervised the actual modification. This
modification to bring this structure in compliance with CMLRD Rule
4.05.6(3)(d) was to add a new 12" CMP spillway at an elevation 1.1"
above the existing standpipe structure. The existing standpipe
structure is the primary spillway and the new 12" CMP is now the
emergency spillway.
I hereby certify this modification as bringing this structure into
compliance with CMLRD Rule 4.05.6(3)(d).
Ro ert G.
