Much of the <br />technical analyses has been done in accordance with the environ- <br />mental guidelines issued by the States of Colcrado, ttontana, <br />and Wyoming. <br />As questions concerning various Parts of the OSM Final Regulations <br />emerged, Energy Fuels immediately contacted both OSM and MLRD for <br />direction and guidance concerning the methodologies to be followed. <br />• <br />(d) The application shall state the name, address and position of <br />officials of each private or academic research organization or govern- <br />mental agency consulted by the applicant in preparation of the appli- <br />cation for information on land uses, soils, geology, vegetation, fish <br />and wildlife, water quantity and quality, air quality, and archaeolo- <br />gical, cultural, and historic features. <br />771-4 <br />
