<br />AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />October 29, 1997 <br />VACANT LOG STRUCTURE AND ASSOCIATED WOOD BARN <br />SOUTHEAST OF HIGHWAY 50 BRIDGE OVER THE ARKANSAS RIVER <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 16, 1997 <br />Purpose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the vacant log <br />structure and associated wood bam located southeast of the Highway 50 bridge over the <br />Arkansas River in Parkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection were Phil Musial and Ben Carroll (both of Vibra-Tech <br />Engineers). <br />• The condition of the inspected sections of the structures may change after the date of <br />inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structures at the time of <br />inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structures <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the rear of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Vacant Restaurant Building <br />Photo #1) Identification photo from the northwest. <br />Photo #2) Northwest comer of roof line -deterioration of wood. <br />Photo #3) West most window of north side -water damage and previous repair. <br />. Photos #4-5) North side door -water damage and peeling paint. <br />
