This permit authorizes the persons or entity listed below to enter National Forest System land closed or
restricted by Closure Order No. 02 /07 ..for the limited propose descnbed below. The holder must
check in and check out with the appropriate local Forest Service office or the Incident Command before and
after each entry. If immediate check-in/out is not feasible in an emergency, the holder should rrotify the Forest
Service office or Incident Command as soon as possible.
Display this permit on vehicle dashboard when parked within a closed area, and keep a copy of this permit in immediate possession.

General Restrictions for all Entries:

NO SNORING (outride ofan enclosed vehicle or structure).
Ihiving will ONLY be allowed on "cleared roads." Three are roads that are 12' wide or wider a~ cleared of vegetation
shoulder to shoulder. Park vehicles Daly in cleated areas flee of grass, weeds, ar other combustible material. All other access
will be by nos motorized means.
There will be no access iruo areas of active fire with the exception of suppression activities (unless authorized by Incident
Command).
Anyone entering a closed area with this permit will have a reliable method of comnnmicatioa
Area closures due to foe activity will supersede exemptions in those areas (entrypermiwion must be granted hY /ncident
Command].
