15. 6.3.6 EXHIBIT F -LIST OF OTHER PERMITS AND LICENCES <br />The following is a list of applicable or expected permits <br />Effiuent discharge permit On 28 Mar, discussed plan with engineer John Neeland. <br />No dischazge is being created, precautions taken for erosion <br />are adequate, no permit is required. <br />Air quality emissions permits On 28 Maz, discussed plan with engineer Chip Hancock. <br />Dust will not exceed limits of 2 tons per season, no permit is <br />required. <br />Radioactive source materials None required. Any radioactive minerals encountered aze chance <br />or trace minerals normal to granitic stocks. <br />Disposal of dredge and fill permit None required. No dredging or fill of dredged azeas is being <br />conducted. <br />Dam construction permit None required. No dams will be constructed. <br />Well permit None required. No wells aze being drilled or used. <br />Explosives permit None required. Explosives will not be used. <br />Colorado Historical Society Reply received 2 Apr 2003. No known sites aze located within <br />the azeas of operation. <br />Highway access permit None required. Equipment uses normal transportation routes. <br />U.S. Forest Service permit Current approved mining operations plan attached. <br />An updated plan which includes the Wolf Fang and Elk Horn was <br />submitted May 2002, verbal approval given 29 Ju12002. <br />Updated plan with the eight sites as outlined in this proposal was <br />mailed 31 Maz 2003. <br />Fire closure entry permit attached. <br />County zoning and land use permit None required.
