Structure Agreements with Surrounding Structure Owners to Turnpike <br />Mining Resource DMG Application: M-2004-009 <br />CC: File <br />As part of the Turnpike Mining Resource DMG Application/Permit No. M-2004-009, <br />several Structure Agreements will need to be approved by the owners of those structures <br />prior to the applicant/operator (ASCI) mining within 200 ft. of the structures. <br />ASCI commits to obtaining those agreements, or "sign-ofP' by a registered engineer, that <br />no damage will occur to those structures by the operator, prior to the operator mining <br />within 200 ft. of the structures. If no agreement from the owner of the structure can be <br />obtained, or geotechnical stability report can be procured for safety to the structure, ASCI <br />commits to not mining within 200 ft. of the structure in question. <br />All man-made permanent structures within 200 ft. of the permit boundary are shown on <br />Exhibit C, Sheet 2 and all owners of permanent man-made structures within 200 ft. of the <br />proposed affected land are listed in Exhibit S, "Permanent Man-made Structures". <br />Owners of those structures are natucal gas transmission companies, oil and gas <br />production companies, electrical and telephone communication companies, and the <br />owners of the Godding, Daily and Plumb Ditch. <br />
