Post-Mining Areas - Discharge points 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 009 and <br />010 <br />Commencing at the time active mining has ceased and surface areas have <br />been returned to the required contour, all applicable discharges shall <br />be subjecC to limitations other than those specified in Part I.A.1. <br />These post-mining limitations shall remain in effect until bond <br />release. The permittee shall notify the Division upon cessation of <br />active mining so that appropriate permit modifications can be made. <br />4. Effluent Limitations - Discharge point 011 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through October 31, 1996, the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations specified <br />below, from the following outfall serial number (see Figure 1): <br /> Oll, sediment pond outfall to Sanborn Creek <br />Parameter 30-day avg. a/ Daily Mas. c/ <br />Flow, MGD NA Report <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 35 70 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 3.0 6.0 <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 NA 1064 <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute NA Report <br />pH (standard units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />011 and grease shall not ezceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor shall there <br />be a visible sheen f/. <br />See Part I.C. for Footnotes <br />Code: 1 - 8 Date: 9 - 87 <br />
