1 . <br />i <br />1 <br />3 <br />Table 1 presents a list of water rights decreed frcm Minnesota Creek basin. <br />' Of these rights, 17 cannot be directly affected by mining operations. <br />' Table 1 also presents the amount of water owned or controlled by ARCO <br />dedicated to the plan for augmentation. This compilation was furnished to <br />us by John U. Carlson, special water council for ARC O. These water rights <br />carne from WECC's aquisition of Richard hbtt's Lamborn Mesa property (a.k.a. <br />Delta Housing Property), WECC's contract right to use the hbtt Whistling <br />' Acres Ranch water rights and aquisition of the Elk hk adows Ranch water <br />rights. These water righLS owned or controlled by WECC in the Minnesota <br />' Creek basin total 14.98 cfs of direct flow rights and 176.58 AF of storage <br />rights, which includes 44.16 of conditional rights in Beaver Reservoir. <br />1 • <br />• <br />
