i
1D
~~
It is determined by subtracting the measured Dry Fork flow (MD) from the
t measured hlinnesota Creek flow (MM) which is then adjusted for Beaver
Reservoir (TSB), upstream diversions (D) and return flow (R ), the
' resultant number represents the flow without Dry Fork input or any unnatural
control. The expected flow in Dry Fork is then added back into the
' Minnesota Creek flow by dividing the resultant flow from above by one minus
the Ury Fork contribution factor (Dx) for the applicable month. See
' Table 2 for contribution factors Dx and Lx.
' The expected flow at the Minnesota Creek gage during retreat mining
operations under both Dry Fork and Lick Creek will be determined by the
following equation:
1
Eli = (hiM-Mp-ML+L~SB+D-R)/(1-Dx-Lx)
' The logic is the same as for Ury Fork except that measured flow for Lick
Creek (14L) is also subtracted from measured Minnesota Creek flow and then
'-' expected Lick Creek flow is added using the appropriate contribution factor
' (Lx) from Tab]e 2.
EXFECTEU FLOW IN DRY FORK AND LICK CREEK
The expected flow in Dry Fork (ED) or Lick Creek (EL) at any given time
will be determined by multipling the expected flow in Minnesota Creek (EM)
by the appropriate monthly contribution factor (Dx or Lx).. The
equations are:
Expected Dry Fork Flow ED = EM Dx
Expected Lick Creek Flow EL = EM Lx
•
