All review and comment periods initiate from this date. <br />The applicant proposes to conduct a surface mining operation at or near <br />Section 21, Township 51N, Range 12E, New Mexico Prime Meridian. <br />A copy of the application is available for public inspection at the Fremont <br />County Courthouse, 615 Flacon Avenue, Room B-5, Canon City, CO. <br />Written comments, objections on the application, and additional information <br />may be obtained from the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, <br />1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567.
