Since there are no measuring devices for this water as it leaves the Di trict, will assume 1.0± percent • water loss per mile of delivery [at approxima ely eight miles to Section 31 = 8.0± percent]. If a metering device is later req fired, we may be included in a group of similar users to share the cost. Reservoirs could call the water, but so far, when they have, they hav~n't dried the creek, therefore, it is unlikely to pose a problem. Another remote c ncern is calls on the South Platte River. As I indicated, if temporary interruptions or anomalies occur, it s ould be remembered that the use of Wastewater from the City of Lafayette is interim measure [apx. 1-3 years] until we have lined reservoirs in place for ore and release.
