All <br />impoundment inspections were conducted by a certified and qualified impoundment <br />inspector. <br />The impounding structures aze functioning as designed. None of the maintenance items <br />noted on the inspection reports represent a threat to the structural integrity of the dams <br />nor do they present a threat to the effectiveness of the Trapper Mine drainage and <br />sediment control system. <br />Since the last inspection, several maintenance items were taken caze of including <br />restoring the upstream embankment faces of Elk and East Pyeatt #03 to the appropriate <br />slope, replacing sediment mazkers in several ponds and sediment cleaning operations.
