Revised pages <br />5,6,9, and 11 are to replace previously submitted pages of the same <br />number. New page lla is intended for insertion into the existing <br />SPCC document. <br />Please note the following changes: <br />1) the million gallon tank (former location 1) has been converted <br />to use as a water supply tank for the underground and surface <br />operations, and the containment berm has been partially removed. <br />2) the Tipple Lube facility (former location 9) has been removed. <br />3) Location 15 corresponds to the Pond A diesel facility. <br />4) Location 16 corresponds to the waste oil tank located above the <br />stoker pad access. <br />5) Location 7 (main shop and light duty bay) containment revisions <br />are currently under consideration. CYCC will inform the Department <br />of any changes made.
