No permit
exceedances occurred during this period.
Note that Outtall OO1A did not discharge in April, discharged the last three weeks in May, and
discharged each week of June. Therefore samples were only available to be collected for analyses in
May and June. Outtall 002A flowed each week of the period, except for the second week in June. 3001
flowed each week of the period.
A Quarterly Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) test was collected for Outtall 001W in June 2004. This test
indicated that the effluent was acutely toxic to Daphnia magna survival. Three subsequent episodes of
accelerated testing in June through early July yielded the following results: the first accelerated test
failed and two subsequent accelerated tests passed. Therefore a pattern of toxicity was not indicated.
Copies of the W ET Test Report Forms are attached.
Ple~~//ase contact me directly at (970) 870-2750 with any questions.
lJ.~ii•~~
Brian A.
