The report indicates the East and West ponds appear in eood condition, <br />however, Don May requested that the mine check the elevation of the culvert connecting the two ponds to <br />insure the elevation is lower than the outlet elevations for [he second time. Please insure that this information <br />is provided to the engineer for his next report. <br />The engineer indicates the waste pile is being constructed as per [he designs and only minor Tilling is <br />occuring. <br />If you have any questions or are in need of any additional infot~rtation, please write or ca11 me at <br />(303)866-3567. <br />Sincerely, <br />Harry B.
