Preliminary review determined that the following items <br />must be submitted before your application can be considered submitted and <br />technical review can begin: <br />Exhibit I - Proof of Filinv with the County Clerk (Rule 6.3 9): You must <br />provide an affidavit or receipt from the Alamosa County Clerk and Recorder <br />stating the date on which the County Clerk placed the entire application <br />package for public review. <br />You must submit proof of mailing or proof of personal service of the <br />"Notice of Permit Application" forms to the Alamosa County Board of <br />Commissioners and to the Board of Supervisors of the local Soil <br />Conservation District if the area to be permitted is in a Soil Conservation <br />District. <br />Rule 1.6.2 (1)(b) (Effective Mav 1, 1995): You must post a notice at the <br />location of the proposed mine site of sufficient size to clearly identify <br />the site as the location of a proposed mining operation giving your name, <br />address, and phone number, and stating that you have applied for a mining <br />permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. Your notice must <br />also state that anyone wishing to comment on the application may view the <br />application at .the Alamosa County Clerk and Recorder's Office and should <br />send comments prior to the end of the public comment period to the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman St, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203. <br />You need to post this notice at the location of the proposed access to the <br />site. <br />After posting this notice you must provide a signed affidavit that such <br />notice has been posted according to the provisions of this Rule and submit <br />the affidavit to the Division. <br />I have enclosed a copy of the new Mineral Rules and Regulations and a copy of the <br />Statement of Basis, Statutory Authority and Purpose for your use- The Statement <br />of Basis and Purpose indicates the Rule changes that became ef£ecti ve on <br />May 1, 1995. <br />
