We believe
that the quality of life and the environment in our area would ha adversely
affected by the noise of plant operations, the degradation of air quality and the
serious impaot on the water supply of the Middle Fork of the South Platte River.
Additionally, we ere greatly concerned that these factors will substantially
reduce the value of our property and other properties in the general area.
!t is our understanding that in addition to the issues addressed above, this
concrete plant would be in violation of the rules stipulated in "Mineral Rules and
Regulations of the Colorado mined Land Reclamation Board for the Extraction
of Constructign Materials, promulgated in October 1995"
If you should have any questions regarding our concerns in regards to this
proposed project, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you for your consideration and time.
Respectfully,
~~~~~
Linda Kukulakl Miller
Broker Owner
720 Main Street, P.O.
