What is the status of this. <br />77-366 or 80-11 Woodside Park Pit <br />1. Why was the original pit application given at 9.2 acres and <br />is now given at 2 acres? <br />2. Contact the State Department of Health for their requirements <br />regarding landfills. <br />3. Is there still topsoil available at this site for reclamation? <br />4. If indeed a landfill is now proposed for this site, it will <br />be necessary to submit a technical revision outlining the <br />details. ,. <br />5. Presumably, if Woodside Park adjoins the pit on all sides, <br />the only adjacent landowner is Park County (if Woodside Park <br />is owned by the County). If this is the case, there are no <br />adjacent landowners. Please clarify this situation. <br />6.
