The referenced Application <br />contained as Exhibit N (Source of Legal Right to Enter) a Memorandum of Sand and Gravel Mining Lease <br />("Memorandum") between Applicant referenced above and More Family Ranches, LLC recorded at Routt <br />County Reception No. 541732. The actual lease ("Lease") which is the subject of the Memorandum is a <br />14-page document with an Exhibit A. As discussed below, certain provisions of the Lease refer to an <br />interest of Jarle Halsnes in the property which is the subject of the Application ("Property").
