The referenced Application <br />contained as Exhibit N (Source of Legal Right to Enter) a Memorandum of Sand and Gravel Mining Lease <br />("Memorandum") between Applicant referenced above and More Family Ranches, LLC recorded at Routt <br />County Reception No. 541732. The actual lease ("Lease") which is the subject of the Memorandum is a <br />14-page document with an Exhibit A. As discussed below, certain provisions of the Lease refer to an <br />interest of Jarle Halsnes in the property which is the subject of the Application ("Property"). W ithin these Paragraphs, the parties to the Lease ("Parties") have agreed to pay Mr. <br />Halsnes a certain sum "contingent upon execution of an agreement between Jarle Halsnes, Owner and <br />Lessee stating that Halsnes has no claims against the Owner and Lessee and delivery by Halsnes of all <br />documents prepared during the term of the Letter of Intent dated 2 June, 2000, and/or the agency <br />relationship described in a letter dated 1 June, 2000, between Halsnes and the Owner."
