Ryan and Son Construction Company has received conditional zoning <br />approval for their proposed gravel mine (Pattridge Estates, Zoning Case <br />No. Z83-71). The Commissioners resolution approving the zoning is <br />attached. County approval is conditional upon the satisfactory completion <br />of a "site plan review". Until such time as the Jefferson County Board <br />of Commissioners approves the amended site plan no gravel mining can take <br />place. The site plan submitted by the applicant must be amended to <br />reflect the zoning conditions. The new site plan will significantly <br />differ from the original. <br />I believe it would be advantageous for Mr. Ryan to wait until his final <br />site plan is approved by the County and then proceed with the I~RB permit <br />request.
