Two copies of <br />the application are on file with the Division of Minerals and <br />Geology (DM&G). <br />This copy of the application is delivered to you pursuant to <br />34-32.5-112(9)(a), Colorado Revised Statutes 1995, as amended, <br />which states in part: <br />..the applicant shall file a copy of such applica- <br />tion for public inspection at the office of the County <br />Clerk and Recorder of the County in which the affected <br />land is located. <br />Please acknowledge receipt of this copy of the permit <br />application by signing in the appropriate space provided below <br />and returning one copy of this letter to the person delivering <br />the book.
