CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />The following Conditions of Approval are recommended for inclusion in the State mine permit. These Conditions <br />of Approval will be attached to the Forest Service Road Use Peanit for use of specified roads and the Special Use <br />permit authorizing occupancy of National Forest System lands for temporary roads and drill pads. The project <br />Interdisciplinary Team evaluated the Conditions of Approval for effectiveness.
