Traylor, M.D. <br />Executive Director <br />August 27, 1979 <br />The Air Pollution Control Division concurs with your conclusion that no <br />fugitive emission permit is required for the gravel pit owned by Colorado <br />City Development Co. since December 1970 known as Mountain Shadows Pit <br />and located in parts of Sec. 31, 32, and 33, T24S, Range 6741 and Sec. 4 <br />of T25S, Range 67, W of 6th PM in Pueblo County. <br />Since the adoption of the new Colorado Air Quality Control Act (H.B. 1109), <br />effective June 20, 1979, all emisson sources, including fugitive dust, <br />must file and Air Pollutant Emission Notice with this Division.
