Compliance Schedule - Salinicv Reoort (continued) <br />No later than 14 calendar days fallowing each date identified in the <br />above schedule of compliance, the permittee shall submit either a <br />report of progress oc, in the case of specific actions being required <br />by identified dates, a written notice of compliance or noncompliance, <br />any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next <br />scheduled requirement. <br />In any case in which a compliance schedule has been timely submitted, <br />failure to obtain the Divisicn's approval shall not be considered a <br />violation of the permit unless the Division shows that absence of <br />approval or disapproval has resulted from the failure of the permittee <br />to furnish information reasonably required or requested in order to <br />process the compliance schedule. <br />B. MONITORING REQIIIREMENTS <br />1. Freauenc•~ and Sample Twe For Outfalls 001. 002 and 004 <br />In order to obtain an indication of the probable compliance or non- <br />compliance with the effluent limi.tacions specified in Part I, Section <br />A.1, the permittee shall monitor effluent parameters at the following <br />required frequencies, the results co be reported on the Discharge <br />Monitoring Report (See Part I, Section B.3.): <br />Effluent Parameter Measurement Freauencv ~ Sample Tvoe e/ <br />Flow, MGD <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 <br />Oil and Grease, mg/1 <br />pH, s.u. <br />Whole Effluent Toxicity, Acute <br />Whole Effluent To:cicicy, Chronic <br />Thru June 30, 1995 <br />Weekly <br />Monthly <br />Monthly <br />Weekly <br />Weekly <br />Quarterly <br />(See Part I.B.4 thru 10) <br />Semi-annual <br />(See Part I.B 11) <br />Instantaneous <br />or Continuous <br />Grab <br />Grab <br />Visual J <br />Crab <br />Grab <br />Composite <br />Self-monitoring samples taken in compliance with the monitoring <br />requirements specified above shall be taken ac the following <br />location(s): at oucfalls 001, 002 and 004 _ at the effluent flow <br />meters. <br />See Part I.C. for fiootnoces <br />
