Discussion of Limitations - Salinicv !Total Dissolved Solids): <br />The Regulations for Implementation of the Colorado River <br />Salinity Standards Through the Colorado Discharge Permit <br />Program, (3.10.0) addresses the discharge of to cal dissolved <br />solids (TDS) co the Colorado River Basin. Ic is a requirement <br />of this regulation that all discharges into the Colorado River <br />basin be monitored for TDS on a continual basis. Therefore, in <br />compliance with this regulation the permittee must monitor for <br />TDS on a quarterly basis. <br />5. Whole Effluent Toxicity !WET) Testing: For this facility, acute <br />and chronic WET testing are required £or oucfalls 001, 002 and <br />004 only. (See Parts I.A and I.B of the permit.)
