At the south end, <br />south of WCR 2D.5, the Town of Fredenck has annexed. the adjacent parcel and developed Rinn Valley Ranbh, but <br />also reserved 55 feet of right-of-way for future expansion of WCf};~,5 south to WCR 2D. The center section adjacent <br />to the Camehlsh property is the Kababel Pit gravel operation, VvltMin their IJSR application for:mining, a 66 foot 11ght- <br />of--way from the canter Ilne of WCR 7.6 was dedicated for future expansion adjacent to their property. <br />The Camenish borrow should be set back 55 feet from thelc west ~'ro rty Ilne to accommodate for future ri ht-of-wa <br />expansion. if this property is being propoaed to be developed in thbi mature, Weld County Public;Works papagrtrnf~nt wl~ <br />ask for the additional 55 feet of future right-of-way adjacent to any ~euelopmsnt, <br />1NeId.County Public Works peparbnent will support the 111 6orroW Permit for the Camenish property.
