The most recent Mid-Term review was conducted by DMG on August 12, 1994. Numerous <br />Technical Revisions (T'Rs) and Minor Revisions (MRs) to the permit have been approved since it <br />was issued. Table 12 lists all permit revisions and stipulation since the January 1987 renewal.
