The Permittee, J And K Limestone Products, LLC. desires to conduct a mining operation <br />(mown as J and K Limestone Products-Villa Grove Pit, for the purpose of extracting gravel, sand and aggregate. <br />The Pemrittee will nd mine any secondary commodities. <br />B. On December l 1, 2000 the Mined Land Rec4~rrration Board (the "Board") approved the <br />Pertnittce's application for this permit, fixed the amourrt of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be <br />issued LIp011 the Sling with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Dlvision'~ of performance warranty and <br />Snancial warr~rty (or warranties) ur the amount so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division.
