TFIIS PERMIT is issued by the Mined Land Reclamation Board, Depamnerrt of Natural Resources,
State of Colorado.
RECITALS
A. The Permittee, J And K Limestone Products, LLC. desires to conduct a mining operation
(mown as J and K Limestone Products-Villa Grove Pit, for the purpose of extracting gravel, sand and aggregate.
The Pemrittee will nd mine any secondary commodities.
B. On December l 1, 2000 the Mined Land Rec4~rrration Board (the "Board") approved the
Pertnittce's application for this permit, fixed the amourrt of the financial warranty and directed that this permit be
issued LIp011 the Sling with the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Dlvision'~ of performance warranty and
Snancial warr~rty (or warranties) ur the amount so fixed in form and substance approved by the Division. Said
warranties have beat Sled with the Division.
C. Ifthe PemriGee desires to extract materials dher than those listed in (A), a separate permit may
be required.
D. On December 1 1, 2000 the Board made the followurg Endings:
1. The application for this permit wmplies wAh the requiremarts of the Colorado Muted
Land Reclamation Ad for the Extraction of ConsWdieo Materials, C.R.S. 34-32.5-101 et sue., as amended, and
with all applicable local, state and federal laws;
2. The operation will nd adversely affect the stability of any significant, valuable, and
permanent man-made swdure located within two hundred feet of the Affected Land, except where there is an
agrearl®t bctwear the Operator and the persons having an interest um the structure that damage to the structure is
to be compensated for by the Perrlittee; and;
