Cattany <br /> Division Director <br /> Natural Resource Trustee <br />The subject report was submitted on October 10, 2003, and received at the Division on October <br />14, 2003. This review is conducted to determine compliance with Rule 4.05.9(17). <br />Rule 4.05.9(17) All impoundments shall be examined at least quarterly, by a qualified person <br />designated by the operators, for appearance of structural wealcness2 and other hazardous <br />conditions3. The reports shall be retained at or near the mine site, and a copy of the report shall be <br />submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis4, or other approved submittal frequency <br />' A qualified person, Jim Stover, a registered engineer, accomplished the inspection. <br />2 The pond was inspected for structural weakness. There were none. <br />3 The pond inspected for other hazardous conditions. There were none. <br />The inspection was submitted to the Division on a quarterly basis.
