Ten feet from the permit boundary line. To prevent erosion they will be seeded. <br />I am committed to mining in a two acre stage. There will be no other disturbance that will <br />exceed the two acre limited plan without contacting your office and revising the plan. <br />I understand all mining activities must be contained within the 9.5 acre permit area. <br />Including will be stripped brush, topsoil/overburden piles, pitnm stockpiles, and <br />excavation and hauling equipment being stored or operated. <br />Reclamation will be kept on a two acre stage.
