When this operation is completed most of the land will
have been reclaimed to its natural state. We will follow recommendations
by the Soil Conservation Service sloping the areas to 3:1 or flatter
and. leave slopes rough enough to hold top soil and water where
possible for revegetation purposes.
The following seed mixture was recommended by the Soil Conser-
vation Service.
Type of Plant
western Wheat "Barton"
Pubescent Wheat "Luna"
Crested Wheat "NOrdan"
°~
BuXk Seed per Acre
4.8 Lbs.
5.4 Lbs.
4.0 lbs.
The bulk seed per acre should be doubled when Broadcasting.
We will use a high nitrogen high phosphorous content fertilizer
at the rate of 1 lb./1000 square feet. The exact acreage to be
reclaimed will be determined when the mining operation ceases.
We have no future land use plan because this property is owned
by the Rooney Estate and we only have a perpetual lease to mine clay.
EXHIBIT F - Proof of Local Government Approval
See letter attached from Jefferson County Planning Director.
EXHIBIT G - Source of Legal Right to Enter
See Notarized letter attached.
- 2 -
