Reclamation Costs are estimated, assuming that:
1. The greatest area of disturbance that will exist during the
life of the mine is 21.0 A ± with disturbance as follows:
a. 9A mayor and moderate disturbance with 3A major and
bA minor.
b. 12 A minimum and buffer with 10 A minor and 2A buffer.
Phases 1 & 2 are the largest since they include the pre-law
disturbance which the applicant will reclaim.
2. No more than 10,500 c.y. of topsoil and 32,000 c.y. of over-
burden will need to be spread. Majority of overburden will
be moved in the mining operation - not in reclamation.
3. No more than 21 A + will need to be reseeded.
