I am sending the letter to you for your information. Attempts to obtain a phone <br />number or address for Mr. Hamel or the Arkansas River Outfitters Association have so far, been <br />unsuccessful. <br />This comment letter refers to a conditional use permit. If the Division is successful in contacting <br />Mr. Hamel or the Association prior to the end of the comment period, we will ask if they want <br />their comments to be considered in reference to the Parkdale Project, 112 permit application. If <br />so we will ask if Mr. Hamel or the association Co write their letter in reference to your state <br />permit application. <br />The issues this letter lists that could be considered by the Division and the Board aze impact on <br />bighorn sheep, sedimentation of spawning areas for trout in Tallahassee Creek.
