Attached is a letter from the Baca County Commissioners
requesting that the Mining and Reclamation Permit (File No.
78-225) be transferred to Baca County. Please take appro-
priate action.
For your information the above-captioned project was completed
and accepted on March 25, 1980. The Department of Highways
has removed all of the material originally intended and has
no current plans for any future use.
