VI. Exhibit F - Re~amatior. Plan •
In the_ past four years we have excavated approximately one surface
acre each year. We are basing our reclamation plan on that yearly
basis.
Y!e propose to work the pit North maintaining the East and West.banlcs on
approximately, the sauce lines that exist today. For the Ilext year we expect
to stay South of Fence marked "A" on the Map. In years to come, as
the need arises we will proceed North into the Alfalfa field staying West
of our permanent work area. (refer to Reclamation Plan Map)
During the summer cf 1978, we propose to start sloping the banks (green
slante3 area on South East and West banks of 4.0 Acre lake) to a slope
of at least 3 to 1. This will be done by use of a dragline and bull-
dozer. By means of a carryall, we will strip the overburden off of the
red slanted area. Part of this material will be used to slope the banks
(green area). Another portion will be used to level around shop al~d office
area, and fill in a portion of wash-out pond. (Blue slanted area) The
wash-out pond is an old gravel pit. This pit was on the property when we
purchased it and is approximately 25 years old. As a part of our reclama-
tion,plan we propose to eventually fill in the entire pond and level the
area between the fences and I1or.th of the shop. We_will_then plant Alfalfa.
or_grass in the area. We also propose to remove existing Barb Wire fence
(marked green North of wash-out pond), and replace with 6 ft. high chain-
link fence.
~e completed banks of the active gravel pit will be planted with native
Willow trees. These will be easy to start and will grow with a minimum
of water.
As the lake develops and moss and fish food becomes prevalent, we we will
plant fish for use of our employees and friends.
This summer (1978) is very dry and the pondr, are very low. V!e may attempt
to dewater the ~t.0 Acre lake and remove gravel from a greater depth. If
this proves satisfactory, we probably will'not open up as much now land
as indicated.

1. Slope banks as indicated by green slant area.
2. Remove overburden from red slanted area as needed. .
3. 'Place overburden on sloped banks, and fill in a portion of wash-out
pond as indicated (Blue slant).
4. Remove Barb 6Yire Fence and complete chain-link Fence (indicated
Green on North-end of property).
5. Consider the possibility of dewatering the pond and going deeper with
the excavation.
6. Plant fish is the gravel pit if water and teed are adequate.
