It was received at the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology on April 7, 2003. The previous report was <br />Rule 4.05.9(14) All impoundments shall be inspected by a qualified registered professional <br />engineer or other qualified professional specialist under the direction of a professional engineer. <br />The professional engineer or specialist shall be experienced fn the construction of <br />impoundments. <br />The inspection report is in compliance with this rule. J. E. Stover, a registered engineer, <br />performed the inspection. <br />Rule 4.05.9(14)(a) Such inspections shall be made regularly during construction, upon <br />completion of construction, and at least yearly until removal of the structure or release of the <br />performance bond. <br />The report is a yearly inspection of existing impoundments. <br />from: Byron G.
