<br /> <br />• EXHIBIT D <br />u <br />Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation, and Soils Information <br />Wildlife - There will be no significant negative impact on wildlife in <br />the area. See attached letter from the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br />ldater Resources - The pit is located in an intermittent streambed which <br />is normally dry except during periods of high runoff, Depressions due to <br />gravel excavation will be refilled naturally by the first heavy upstream <br />rain. No surface or subsurface water rights will be affected. <br /> <br />Vegetation - There is no vegetation. within the boundary of the pit because <br />it is an active stream channel. Vegetation in the plant and stockpile <br />area is rare. <br />Soils - The stream bed is sand and gravel with fine to coarse grained <br />silty sand and gravel comprising the rest of the affected area which is <br />all within the floodplain of the river. <br />• <br />
