Ptr. Bob Freitag
Page -9-
Exhibit B - tdining Plan
1. What ie the anticipated depth to which this pit will be
excavated?
2. Iā¢Ihat is the Thickness of topsoil to be stripped and where
will it be stockpiled.
3. Please submit a map similar to that requested for the
Sulphur Mountain Pit.
Exhibit C - I~fap
The map you submitted shows 18+ acres, but the application
is for 5 acres. T]hy?
Exhibit F - Local Government Approval
Please submit proof of local governmental approval.
SuP,gestione
Although there appears to be many and varied questions regard-
ing these applications, I believe that I can offer same
suggestions that will help uncomplicate this somewhat.
1. Apparently Mark Loye has mentioned consolidating the information
of any similiarly situation pits, into one narrative. This
will help, but address the specifics regarding each pit
similiar to what you did before.
2. Instead of sending loose papers, try organizing the materials
into labled manilla folders or something similar with the
information stated for certain pits.
3. The Soil Conservation Service might want to try making
generalized reports on similiarly situated pits if the land-
scape and other parameters are nearly the same. Hopefully,
this might help save them some time.
