Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq., have been submitted; thus your application has been deemed complete. AT1 comment and review time periods initiate from this date. The date for consideration of your application by the t1ined Land Reclamation Division is December 12, 1988. You should commence publication of a notice of the filing of this application immediately (see enclosed notice format). You must also mail a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights of affected land and inr~ediately adjacent land. You must provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, to the MLR staff before your application can be considered for approval. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, with the Elbert County Clerk and Recorder. Any subseouent chanoes or additions to the copies on file in our offices must also DG made in this local government copy.
